TiGG's UnderGround Free Promotion

So, I'm underground? No. Not literally. You're simple located in the portal of a free music promotion. If you want in, write me. Music Promotion? Yes... but, it's limited to only those artist who have music on Mp3.com. I'm sure your music is on there right? Well, join the promotion And if your music isn't there... well, why not? The site still generates a lot of traffic and it's easy to do. Put your music up, and then join the promotion.
	STEP 1
	"Gonna have lots of fun". NKOTB. Sorry about the New Kids reference. Please don't hurt me. Each Monday, 20 new songs are added to TiGG's UnderGround; a mp3.com station devoted to the promotion of fellow independent artists. But this is only, step 1 of a 4 step program. You see, these songs are then carefully listened by TiGG and the 10 which he likes best, move on to the second step. But enough of my gibber-gabber, go have a listen to this weeks playlist. It's sure to please. The UnderGround TiGG says that he has difficult time picking which songs move on in the promotion. Oh,and don't forget about this weeks poll... Pst, to your left.
	STEP 2
	The 10 songs that move on to this step are now entered into their own playlist on a brand new station. TiGG's Top 10. Here, there is a poll set up. The songs are voted on by the artists friends, families and false identities, to see which 3 move on to the final station, and step 3 of this 4 step promotional program. Remember, 2 weeks ago this playlist was 20 songs long, and now it's down to 3. Only 1 artist makes it to step four each week.
Random GroundHog	STEP 3
	Here, it's left out of everyone's hands. The remaining 3 that are left in the promotion will randomly be associated with one of TiGG's songs. After another week of play, I calculate the number of plays TiGG received. Whichever song has the most plays, the associated song moves to the resting station of this promotion. This collected works of musical wonders are known as... ...The GroundHogs
STEP 4
This step is really what everyone is striving to get. The one song that moves on to the final station also wins a Free Promotional Package! The Prize Pack. 1) Not only will your song be added to TiGG's GroundHogs, (a station devoted to all the winners of this promotion. and eternalized for life) but also you're winning song will be reviewed by the very talented Mike Smith (Much much more about Mike is available for everyone to read on the final station.) These reviews will be available to read on their very own website, hosted by Lanky Stans; a high traffic music promotion website. 2 ) Future promotion will include a write up in The Tavern; an online newsletter which is promoted heavily. 3 ) You're song added to my email signature for a week. (Ex: Check out TiGG's pic of the week "Your song, by YOU). Every email I send (and I send a lot) will promote your page. 4 ) You're link will also be added to my links page on TiGG's mp3.com site. It will stay there for life. 5 ) There will also som extra promotion set up in TiGG's UnderGround Cavern by way of links and polls and general discussion. This is a Yahoo discussion group that is growing rather quickly. Finally, if that wasn't enough... I still have more for you. 7) There will be a compilation CD made featuring the winners entitled The GroundHog Cronicles and they will be sold online. It will also include information on the artists and links to thier websites. This will continue as the list grows. Every 13-15 winners will become a volume.
Final Thoughts
So, you want in right? Well, send me an email with your URL and a song choice, if you like. TiGG will pick one regardless. REMBER. Listen to all the stations along the way. It's always a great mix, sure to please. Stan's personal favorite is the TOP 10. It's always interesting to see which are TiGG's favorites. NOTES: In the event of a tie in any of these steps, the choice on which song moves on is TiGG's discretion. His favorite will move.* ONLY those that move on in any of these steps will be contacted. Time is too short to email everyone. Having said that, if you wish to submit another song to the roster, by all means, do so. It'll be added to the cue list along with everyone else. And remember... HAVE FUN. It's the KEY

Album: The Life and Death of Scarlett Ridge.

Song: Inevitable

Ambient, softened metallic textures carry dark ethereal robotic vocals that speak a message about the possibilities of the future and psychic experience. The track sets an intense mood quite powerfully for an ambient style. The purposeful vocal delivery carries a sinister feel that is backed up by the eerie resonant filter based sounds and a relentless punishing backbeat electronic drum pattern that has an almost ethnic quality. I can see really this track in the next Tarrantino movie (I dread to think what the actors will be doing to each other - hehe) This track is most likely to succeed in an underground concept way or be part of a film sound track. Like many other great tracks on the station, this isn't mainstream but it has a quality that deserves to see the light of day.
