466.Deshnok-Karni_Mata-Rat_temple.jpgThis temple is not dedicated to
gods, but to little cute looking animals in the next photo. |

469.Deshnok-Karni_Mata-Rat_temple.jpgThe temple is home for a couple of
thousands rats, which are worshiped and they enjoy peaceful heaven on Earth. Pilgrims and
temple-keepers feed them all the time.

471.Deshnok-Karni_Mata-Rat_temple.jpgOnly one white rat can be found in
the entire temple. If you manage to find it (it hides normally), you have a right to
express a wish. |

'golden' comes from. |

Thar desert. |

485.Jaisalmer-Sam_Camel_Safari.jpgI afforded a two-days long camel
safari. My guide cooked rice, spicy vegetables and baked chapati. We spent one night
sleeping outside on the sand without a tent. The night was windy and in the morning I woke
up bellow 10cm-sand layer. It took me another week to get rid of stones from my ears, nose
and clothes.

491.Jaisalmer-Rajasthan.jpgTravelling on roofs is quite common
in India, although not allowed. Buses are normally full and at least it's not so hot on
the top. |

493.Jodhpur.jpgJodhpur
is known as a blue city due to many houses painted by blue colour. The marble memorial in
front is dedicated to local Maharaja and was built in 1899. Fort Meherangarh behind on the
hill. |

497.Pushkar-From_Savitri_Temple.jpgThe holy town Pushkar, where meat
and eggs are banned. Actually it's not so strict since you can find even alcohol (not on
public places). There is a temple on the hill behind with excellent views over the lake
and landscape.
