Team LNS LLC is a multi million dollar winning competative fishing team. The team consisits of only the best fishermen from many different styles of fishing, and because of this, are well known and respected in all types of competative fishing tournaments ranging from Bass to Shark, and Walleye to Flyfishing. But it didn't start out as the the power fishing organization it has now evolved in to.
In 2000, after surfing the web for sites that cover the type of fishing a group of avid fisherman enjoy, they realized, fishing web sights in general, SUCK!!! They decided to start "LANDING NETS SUCK"
They named it "LANDING NETS SUCK" becouse they were raised to fish without landing nets.
"Nets are for pussies my grandfather told me the first time I went fishing back in 1969 at the age of 5" said team LNS captain and founder Sandris Rutmanis said.
"I have never used a landing net in my life. If I lose a fish at the boat, it is not becouse I didn't have a net, its becouse I did something wrong. Drag set wrong, bad knot, nicked line, whatever, but I'm not a pussy!!"
"Nets are very hard on fish, if you are keeping the huge female spawning fish that you think require a net, you're a dumbass anyway, go ahead and use a net, pussy." he continued.
