If you are interested in becoming a tenant you will need to provide the following information:
1. Completed and signed Residential Rental Application
2. $20.00 money order payable to Caltrans for each adult applicant
3. Copy of photo identification of each applicant
4. Copy of most recent pay stub
It is important that you include the required information. Otherwise, your application will not be processed. Future tenant(s) will be chosen based on income level and credit worthiness. Each person intending to live at the property must submit a credit application. There is an application processing fee of $20.00 for each prospective tenant, with the exception of minors. Tenants who meet these requirements will be considered, and the most qualified will be chosen.
