The
End
On the
mining vessel Red Dwarf, a huge radiation leak kills almost the entire
crew. The only survivors are Dave Lister, who was in suspended animation
at the time of the disaster, and his pregnant cat who was safely sealed
in the hold. Revived 3,000,000 years later, Lister's only companions
are a lifeform which evolved from his cat, Arnold Rimmer, a hologramatic
simulation of one the dead crew, and Holly, the ship's computer with
an IQ of 6000 (the same IQ as 6000 PE teachers).
|
| Future
Echoes
Red Dwarf
breaks the light barrier and the crew glimpse their future, which, unfortunately
for Lister, involves him getting blown up ("bits of you do....").
Along the way they meet Lister aged 171 and his twin sons, Jim and Bexley...
|
|
Balance
of Power
Lister
is desperate to revive his lost love Kristine Kochanski for a date,
but Rimmer refuses to be turned off. Lister's plan: to become a chef
and outrank Rimmer, and so order him to bring back Kochanski. As always,
things don't quite go to plan....
|
|
Waiting
For God
A mysterious
pod arrives and Rimmer is intent on meeting the Quagaars (double a),
a race of aliens who can give him a body. Lister, meanwhile, learns
about the Cat People and meets a very old Cat Priest who has lost his
faith in Cloister the Stupid, a.k.a Lister.
|
|
Confidence
and Paranoia
Lister
contracts a mutated pneumonia virus and hallucinates raining fish, the
mayor of warsaw who spontaneously combusts (it really is going to be
one of those days) and two charcters in the drive room. One is Lister's
Confidence, and the other is his Paranoia. His Confidence persuades
him to find Kochanski's hologram disc, which results in nightmarish
consequences for Lister....
|
|
Me2
Now there
are two Rimmers on board - double trouble for Lister. Rimmer moves out
to share a room with his double. Meanwhile Lister ponders over Rimmer's
last words - Gazpacho Soup - and the two Rimmers don't get on. The ship
isn't big enough for the both of them - one gets deleted. (I've been
ippy-dippyed to death!)
|
|
|
Kryten
Rimmer's
donned his best uniform and Lister's put on his smelly orange moon
boots, even Holly's wearing a toupee ... after all, what self respecting
smeg head could possibly resist a cry for help from three damsels
and an android in distress? Featuring David Ross as Kryten.
|
Better
Than Life
The post
pod arrives 3,000,000 years late (average for second class delivery)
and includes letters and even a game of chess for Holly. Then the
crew find Better Than Life- the new game sensation sweeping the solar
system. Just dream and pleasure will be yours! Unless you have a mind
like Rimmer's that is ...
|
Thanks
for the Memory
Rimmer's
depressed - no one loves him. Not even his fried egg, chutney and
chilli sauce sandwich. It's about time he had a damp dream as least.
Then four days go missing and Lister and Cat wake up with their legs
in plaster ... have the aliens landed at last?
|
Stasis
Leak
The crew
of Red Dwarf have found a way to go back in time 3 million years.
Back to the freaky fungus and the luscious Kochanski - the two loves
of Lister's life. Who knows? Rimmer could even find Rimmer before
he dies and bring him back so he doesn't have to be dead anymore.
Things get confusing when three Rimmers, three Listers and three Cats
appear in the same room...
|
Queeg
Holly's
been deposed and the backup computer Queeg 500 is in control of the
Red Dwarf. Will Lister and Cat lead a revolt after they've cleaned
the corridor floors? Will Rimmer's legs ever be the same again after
Queeg's fitness regime? And can Holly really win a game of chess against
Queeg for control of Red Dwarf?
|
