The villa holds 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably, plus infant who must sleep in crib/cot, other baby equipment such as highchair, bed guards, changing mat, potty are all available FREE OF CHARGE.

Is smoking allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors.

Are pets allowed in the villa?

No, sorry no pets allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 15 minutes on 1 straight road (Osceola Parkway), which leads straight to WDW doorstep. Sea World and Universal are 20 minutes away.

Which direction does the pool face?

The pool faces due south - so from the moment it rises till it sets the sun pours down on the pool area, (do remember high factor sun block)

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc?

Definitely not. Unlike some villas, which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has unrestricted views over a conservation (woods) area. Neighbours on either side do not overlook it, affording total privacy.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keys plus alarm keypad entry code will be sent to you 10-14 days before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided

Is the pool heated?

The pool and/or spa can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form/terms & conditions. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. You can have one without the other!

Are there any stores near by?

Ventura Down is just 3 mins. where there is a Publix supermarket, there is also Super Saver, Winn Dixie an a 24 hr. Wal*Mart superstore all within 5 minutes. of the villa.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There are fast food outlets at Ventura Downs, plus Applebee's across the road,

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, located at Ventura Downs shopping mall there are both a Doctor and Dentist – their numbers are listed in the villa. A dispensary is available at Publix, Walgreens – all both 3 minutes. away.

Do I have to take my hair drier?

NO!! there are hair driers provided for use (3 at the last count) – although UK hair driers will operate with use of an adaptor plug they will only operate at half speed!

Is there an iron?

Yes! Both iron and ironing board are in the laundry room.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended regularly. A mid-stay clean can be arranged and paid for locally by contacting the managements company.

Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?

We have employed a local family run professional management company who look after our villa. You can contact them during normal business hours with any question you might have about the use of the villa and at any time should you have an emergency.

Are there any building/construction or roadwork's nearby?

No this is an already finished established community, so there are no on-going works to disturb your vacation peace.

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?

Absolutely not! Everything in the villa is provided for your use. Only extra is pool/spa heating.
