Where are we?
The Lake House is located just ten minutes from the center of Valdez, on the shores of Robe Lake in the Chugach Mountains.
The Lake House is very easy to find. From Valdez, take the only road out of town. Turn left at the 6-mile marker and follow the signs. The Lake House is at the end of the 1/2 mile driveway. If coming from Copper Center, turn right at the 6-mile marker and again follow the signs to the end of the 1/2 mile driveway. Parking is not a problem. We have plenty of room for cars and motorhomes, with adequate turn around area.
Visiting by ferry or flying in? You can take a cab to the Lake House from any place in town. The cost is about $15.
