| Nexia was given to Kilara, as an egg, by her father as a parting gift. Thus it remained, carried close to her during her travels into isolation. It was her prized posession, and rarely did it leave her sight. She insisted on carrying it herself, and keeping it in her quarters wherever they stopped to camp. |
| Nexia hatched shortly after Kilara and her guard had reached their destination. Lively and curious, yet with a certain amount of disregard for others, Nexia was a handful. Even as a hatchling, she became increasingly fond of the blades carried by the guards, and had to be closely watched so that she wouldn't inadvertantly injure herself. Kilara often comments on her shifty temperament. Nexia believes, even as a hatchling, that she can protect her bondmate from just about anything, and is convinced that when Kilara is out of exile, she'll be able to help end the wars between the races. She has a warrior's spirit, and a will to fight (occasionally she has to be reminded that fighting is not necessary in certain situations). She's often described as willfull, and on a great many occasions, can be found being chased about by an exasperated Kilara. |

| Tasri is a fascinating little creature that Kilara obtained for Nexia during her travels. Tasri's typically described as a grounded individual. He tends to be quiet, sensible, and well thought of, particularily by Kilara, who relies on him to keep Nexia out of mischief when she can't be around. Typically, wherever Nexia is, Tasri isn't far behind. Although the hatchling dwarfs him, he still manages to miraculously keep her in line when it's necessary. Tasri is not without his quirks though. He has an odd attraction to all things shiny, that almost borders on obsession. He also seems to have a natural affinity with water, and is most distressed that Nexia does not share his love of it. He also viciously protects Nexia's plushie, for he believes that the plushie is, indeed, a "different" type of Clarus dragon. He now insists that he is the bondmate of the plushie. |
