Another small rabbit, the Britannia Petite is known as the Polish Rabbit in the UK. When importing it into the USA, there was already another rabbit by that name, and the ARBA renamed it.
Because of the Britannia's energetic, ocassionally reactive temperament, it is believed that the Britannia was firs bred with a wild rabbit. The Britannia Petite is known to be show-off, and showing your Petite might be easier than expected (although one must still train the Britannia Petite to be more accepting of others.) Britannia Petites are very energetic rabbits, but they are also a little skittish, so it may take some time for it to adjust to you.
