I'm a self-taught artist who has been drawing since I was a little girl. Not until I entered my Teens, did I know what I really wanted to do. I wanted to be a Comic Book artist. I collect comic titles from Avengers, Lady Death to Witchblade and X-Men; Marvel, D.C., CHAOS! comics (bankrupt and out of business *sniff*) to some of the lesser known. I collect action figures, and other comic book related goodies. From the comics I've collected and read (many times over) I have "learned" some of the styles from a the few artists I like, such as Michael Turner, Adam Hughes, Silvestry, to name a few. I enjoy comics and I enjoy drawing them. And the more I draw, the better I become. Lately, I've been learning how to use Photoshop to color my own pictures using tutorials that can be found on the internet and on websites. A few of those pictures can be found on this website in the Gallery and at Renderosity.com.

Since I've been living in Rotterdam, Netherlands, I've taken up photography. I'm just an amateur, but some of my pictures are really cool. My favorite subject is sunsets. I've caught some of the most beautiful and amazing images right out the west facing windows of my best friend's apartment on the fourth floor. The best of them is the photo called Brilliance of Life. Sometimes...one can be very lucky the moment he or she presses the button!

Also, I have gotten into CGI. I LOVE playing around with a very cool, photo-realistic program that creates some of the most beautiful scenes - if you get the settings tinkered with just right. This program is totally FREE and is called Terragen. Also, I have been playing with e-soft's 3D program called Vue d'Esprit Pro 4. It's just the demo I downloaded off the internet, but it's really kick ass if you can figure out how to use it (see
Resources for more info and links.) I would really love to get more into the CGI/3D scene, but those programs cost some serious $, so I play with the trials and demos.

But above everything else...I'm a Star Wars junky! lol Star Wars isn't for geeks like people think! You should see how many people dress up in costumes and attend the conventions! PHEW! I collect Star Wars merchandise wherever I find it and if I have the cash. Of course though, I am always looking for bargains :p But when I collect, I look for certain things in particular: Anything (that's in good to excellent condition and within financial reason) that has or is Boba Fett...or Darth Maul *sighs* Ok, so I'm into Bad Boys! Sue me! Can I help it that I'm an unmarried young woman?! Darth Maul is the ultimate vision of male perfection! *drools* hehe And I'm not the only one! We are Legion and we span across the globe, in every country and culture and creed! Heck, there's even a Darth Maul Estrogene Brigade! I enjoy drawing, painting Darth Maul - and even creating music with vocal clips from TPM (Episode I: The Phantom Menace.) Heck! I even write fan fiction! Fan fiction with lots of SMUT! Hehehehe

Favorite actors, characters: Vin Diesel (hottie!), Richard B. Riddick (gotta be those eyes!), Boba Fett, Darth Maul (where the hell is he when I need him?! *whimper*), Ray Park (cutie), Legolas (dubbed Pretty Boy cause he's too...erm..."angelic" for anything else than as an arm decoration lol), Witch-king of Angmar aka Wraith Lord (LOTR character...don't ask me why I have a "thing" for they guy...maybe he reminds me of Darth Maul...?)

Favorite types of music: TRANCE!! Basically, anything electronica but I don't really like the 70's disco remixes *blah!*. Ambient stuff like Enigma. Robert Miles, certain kinds of movie soundtracks, industrial, and some of the older stuff made in the 80's. I like Pink Floyd, Santana... Gads! There is just too many to mention!

Favorite websites: Go see Links and Resourses pages! :p

Best Friend: Maaike aka Sithlordess. Don't know what I would ever do without her! She's like a sister, mother, teacher, protector... I owe her so much... Don't know how I'll ever repay her kindness... *sniff*

Well, guess that's about it! If I remember anything, I'll add it later!

Oh! And I did I mention...I create my own music? *grin*
