| Tomorrow at this time, I will be flying out to Chicago to meet up with A. for a rrooooadd trriiippp!!! We're trippin'...hehehe..okay, corny. Sorry. I've always wanted to go on a road trip, though, and oohh..going back to my previous entry, those key words ("I've always wanted to...") is a signal to GO DO IT! First of all, I'd like to thank our sponsors, the parents of A.'s gf, who is flying me out to meet A. Obrigada. To make a long story short, A. needs to drive his gf's parents' car back to SF so they can use it when they're back in the City. She is still in Spain, and I'm being flown out so that he doesn't have to make the drive back alone. I am not one to drive long hours at a time, but hey, I'm up for trying. So we'll see how it goes. The plan is to follow I-80 all the way back home...back to good ol' California! I was hoping to see some cool places along the way, like the Grand Canyon, but that's pretty much out of the way unless we want to detour to the southern areas and then head back up through Cali. But I think we both just want to make it home in a decent number of days. For the most part, the fun will just come from us being able to catch up once again after not seeing one another since December. We've been keeping in touch all the while, so it's not like we'll have major stories to tell. We've been pretty in tune with each other's lives, but I'm sure we'll have more to talk about. Hopefully we will not run into any flat tires, overheated engines, or racist motel owners. Anyway, so that's how I will be spending the second to the last week of my time here in Sacramento. Man, it's so weird to think that after the trip, I will just have one week left. And that week will fly because everyone will be back. ET will be back...hopefully Josh...and then Trish and Dorc will be back for Sam's wedding. And then after that, it is adeus to Sacramento and ola to Sao Paulo.
