I OFFER FOUR DESIGN SERVICES:

The Home Consultation service is for clients who are looking for an entire new look and fresh interiors at home or in the office. The goal here is to create spaces that will fit clients' changing needs and which will, most importantly, reflect the individual.

I will come out and do a complete review of your home, room by room. I will ask you to fill out a lifestyle questionnaire prior to my home visit. I can then provide you with a wealth of ideas, suggestions, recommendations and answers to your specific interior design needs. I will provide you with a written master plan detailed by room including all suggestions and recommendations made during our call. If you decide you want to work with me further, I�ll provide a letter of agreement and invoice for a retainer to kick off your project.

INTERIOR MAKEOVER

With the Interior Makeover I addresses clients who want to keep most of their furniture but are looking for help with an overall design scheme. We'll tie it all together, making the most of what a client has while proposing enhancements for the future. I will ask you to fill out a lifestyle questionnaire and send or deliver to us samples of fabrics, color chips, carpet and flooring, and even photos that will help us get a head start on working with you in delivering your interior visions. I also ask for photos of treasured pieces that we need to incorporate in the plan. Before meeting with you, having your swatches in hand, I will put together at least two complete options per room to answer your needs. I will schedule time to present these to you and provide you an opportunity to order or purchase immediately. This is often the preferred method for fastest progress, based on the information and samples you provide us. While I do work one room at a time, it is important that I am are able to see other rooms to get a feel for the overall style of the home and create a sense of continuity.

INTERIOR BOOST FOR SALE

The Interior boost for sale service is for clients who are planning to sell their home. An interior boost will lead to a higher market value of a home and will attract buyers willing to pay more. We will create an amazing experience that touches all of the senses of prospective buyers.
