About Us
Labelmania is based in Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
We are a small business operating from a home residence..
We have been operating since 2004 and have over 10,000 (ten thousand) happy customers.
About our Products
Our labels are self adhesive and come in sheets of 21 labels per sheet.
Each label is 63.5 x 38.1 mm or 2.5 x 1.5 inches in size..
Labels will fit up to 9 lines of type, up to 20 characters a line depending on size and type of graphic and font chosen.
The label sheets are self adhesive labels.
We use the highest quality inks in our printing and print at high colour.
We use the highest quality label sheeting in production of our labels..
Our labels are not waterproof..
We provide a high quality product and cut no corners in our production..
The prices quoted on our Price List page are for a single sheet of labels with each label being identical..
If you would like more than one graphic per sheet, or the text to be different from label to label on a single sheet please contact us for a quotation on costs.
Prices vary depending on the difficulty of each job, but our prices remain competitive.
What Happens After I Fill in the Order Form?
After submitting your order form you will receive an email from us within 24 (twenty four) hours confirming your order.
Please describe in detail what sort of graphic/s and fonts you are looking for and withing 24 (twenty four) hours you will receive via email graphics and fonts fitting the description you provided.
You then choose from the graphics, or if they are not what you are looking for we will continue to search for you.
There is no additional charge for graphics searches performed by us..
Alternatively, you are also welcome to provide your own graphic/s.
We offer a discount if you supply your own graphic..
What Happens Next? How to organise to Pay for your Order..
We will send you a draft of the label graphics and text and font and you will confirm that the details are correct and/or advise of any changes required...
After the graphic and font are decided upon, it is up to the customer to organise payment as quickly as possible to us...
For Orders inside Australia we will accept the following methods:
Well Concealed Cash, Cash on Delivery if picking up from our premises, Bank Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit via Internet Banking or Paypal..
We may accept personal cheques, but this is decided on an order by order basis..
For Orders outside Australia we will accept the following methods:
Payment is via Paypal only..
We offer no credit facilities, all orders must be paid for prior to being printed..
What Happens Next? How long until I get my order?
Once the payment has been received (or in the case of personal or bank cheques cleared), we will print the order and it will be despatched to you within 24 (twenty four) hours of payment being received..
Most orders are mailed out the same day..
We send Mail out from Monday to Friday only, orders that happen to be in line to be mailed out on a Saturday or Sunday will be mailed out on the following Monday.
We are based in Sydney Australia so it will take anything from overnight to 3 days for mail to get across to Perth and Darwin..
Generally mail to New Zealand and the Islands of Fiji and similar takes approximately 4 days.
Mail to the USA generally takes 7 days, and to Europe it can take up to 10 days or longer.
All Orders within Australia are sent via regular mail unless the customer prefers it to be sent overnight..
All Orders outside Australia are sent via AIR MAIL..
When you receive your order.
Please email us at [email protected] when you receive your order.
We carefully pack our orders and include a piece of cardboard in the envelope to prevent the labels from being damaged during transit
We also stick a 'Do Not Bend' sticker on the outside of the package..
We are not liable for any water damage or damage caused by the postal service or during the shipping of the order.
If you are otherwise unsatisfied please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem.
We want you to be happy with our product and service and will endeavour to sort out any problems that may arise quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties.
