COMPETITION ENTRY FORM

You must be over the age of 18 (eighteen) years of age to enter.
Entry is open internationally.
Competition will begin at midnight January 1st, 2008 and continue on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Labelmania and its owners and operators are responsible for all prizes offered..
You can enter up to twice a week to increase your chances..

This is a random draw of chance, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The draw will take place on the 1st of each month and the winner will be notified the same day.
The winner has 14 (fourteen) days to reply to the winning email notification, and if the winner does not reply within the above time frame, the competition will be redrawn or the prize offered as a second prize the following month.
Please remember to check your spam folders for correspondence relating to the competition as some spam detectors can pick it up as spam..
Remember the name LABELMANIA which will be in the subject line of the winning notification sent to you if you are the lucky winner.
In the past some winners have not believed that they are the winner and have believed our prize notification to be spam, please be aware that Labelmania will not store your information after the draw date, all personal information will be destroyed after each months winner has replied.
We do not sell your information or hold it for any reason.
Prizes are non transferable for cash.
The prize will be sent out as soon as fonts and graphics have been chosen by the winner, and will be sent via AIR MAIL internationally or Normal Mail if the winner is in Australia.
