The 15 things you should always have stocked in your house, in your fridge...
Okay, so you might not be a big fan of healthy food. Just the name "healthy" scares you off... But these foods are worth eating. All of them have qualities in them which fight of diseases and keep you healthy and full of energy.
You can combine them with your not-so-healthy favorite foods, to be sure your body gets every vitamine it needs.
1.  Garlic (to fight of bad breath, try chewing on parsley, or drinking
                          a cup of cinnamon tea)

3.  Spinach
4.  Strawberries
5.  Carrots
6.  Skimmed milk
7.  Beans
8.  Broccoli
9.  Sweet potatoes
10. Citrusfruits
11. Soy
12. Tomatoes
13. Cantaloupe
14. Oatmeal
15. Brown rice
Tips:

* Try topping your pizzas with extra tomatoes, onions or even
   broccoli!
* Broccoli tastes better with pasta, serve with some raw onions
   and Parmesan cheese.
* Carrots are a good alternative if you feel like snacking, they
   make up for a healthy snack.
* Alternate meat with soy meat.
* Use 1 or 2 cloves of garlic when you are preparing spaghetti
   or other pasta or Italian dishes.
