Whether shirtdress or evening gown, it's all about glitter for Mark Badgley and James Mischka. Their clothes shimmered and dazzled with gold and silver thread, tiny mirrors and sequins. Gold pants that could have come from Rumpelstiltskin's spinning wheel were topped with a skimpy black camisole. Crystal-encrusted evening gowns came in pink, yellow, lime green and purple and there was a series of stunning asymmetrical wrap-gowns in muted, but sparkling colors. A gold, sleeveless, turtleneck sweater, skinny belt and white wide-leg pants caught the eyes of the society crowd in the front row.
