I am also very opinionated. Always have been, so naturally I have opinions on the movies I see. Usually, they don't match what the Balcony Boy Wonders or the CBS-Groucho-Marx-look-alike have to say, but they're valid all the same.
This is my review page.
I'll give you my initial impressions of the movies from the trailers, then tell you what I think of them after I see them. It'll be fun! I've put links to IMDB sites (I love my IMDB!!) for the trailers so you can have your choice of formats. I'm partial to Quicktime, but that's just me.
Just remember that:
a) You don't have to listen to me. You may like aspects of a movie that I despise. I'm just doing this to give you a heads up from someone WITHOUT a film degree or a stake in the industry (other than the desire to go to the Oscars as Josh Groban's date. Oops. Did I say that out loud?)
and
b) I may be a little late with some of the reviews. I don't get in early like the dude at the local paper and I have a job that has nothing to do with the entertainment industry (I'm an engineer), so if my reviews are up a little late or I don't go see the one that you wanted me to see on opening day, be patient. I'm 24 and working in the aerospace industry. I'm not exactly rich enough to see 5 movies over the course of one weekend!
