A meditation chamber is as unique as the being who uses it; naturally, Darth Vader's own hyperbaric chamber had many custom features to suit the Dark Lord.
As well as a reclining chair and a pressurised outer sphere, Vader's meditation chamber also boasted a commlink, a large visual display and a mechanical device used to remove and replace his cape and breath mask. He also used a private section of the chamber in which to communicate with the Emperor, via hologram. The whole thing was housed in his flagship, the Executor, allowing him to return to command his ship as soon as possible.
Among the many beings who have needed meditation chambers, other Sith Lords have utilised these personal cubicles in the past; Naga Sadow controlled his forces from within a massive meditation chamber during his war with the Old Republic. |
