Rosemary's
Baby

1968 ***** 137 mins.

This is what a horror film should be. There may be one or two special effects in this film. We never even see the main creature of evil. However, this is still one of the scariest motion pictures of all time. We don't need to be shown killings, blood, guts, and gore to be scared out of our minds, and this film displays that very, very well.

Rosemary Woodhouse (Mia Farrow) and her husband (John Cassavetes) have just moved into a new apartment. Meanwhile, Guy (Cassavetes) becomes very friendly with the rather odd neighbours. Rosemary is not sure what is going on, and her quest to find out may prove to be the most dangrerous adventure she could embark upon.

Horror filmmakers, take note.
