
DRACULA

This classic horror film from Tod Browning is superb in almost all aspects. The pacing is great, Bela Lugosi is wonderful, but there's just something about it that keeps it from being five stars. I can't quite sink my teeth into it . . .
NOTE: I watched the video pictured above, which is the version with new music by Philip Glass. I didn't much care for the new music. It seemed to me that there was a bit too much music. I'd like to see the original version one day.
