As a Customer Care Representative at Caremark, I take inbound calls from customers and resolve their questions and concerns.   I also interact with the Pharmacy Staff and Account Management as necessary to resolve issues.   As a Representative at Caremark, I have maintained high quality and performance ratings on a continuing basis.   While at Sprint, I provided both internal and external customer service, designed web pages, designed databases, developed Livelink functions, administered systems, wrote technical documentation, developed training materials, taught training sessions, and managed projects.   Additionally, I developed and managed processes, managed assets, assisted internal customers, managed Help desk tickets, rebuilt databases to meet specifications, and tested systems for quality assurance.   I completed Visual Basic Instruction and applied my acquired knowledge in my work as well.   I have a professional education background within the public school system as well.   Both at Sprint and as a public school teacher, I previously designed, developed, and delivered Lesson plans.   As a public school teacher, I implemented development programs that facilitated the development of skills and abilities mandated by law to meet individual and organizational performance requirements.   My prior experience and background includes experience in the computer field and course work in computer Visual Basic.

My extensive background has provided me with opportunities to positively impact the United States Army during my military service, the public school system as a mathematics teacher, and the economy as well as my employer while working for EDS and for Sprint.   An extremely diverse background has rewarded me with the problem solving, human resources, programming, teaching and training, vocational-technical, science, math, money management, information management, business management, and language skills that you need.
