INTRODUCTION

You are a beginning Real Estate Agent that has just been assigned the worst house in town; you know the one, it is the haunted house that old Miss Scarealot just died in.  Well, it is your job to write a one page ad in the local newspaper to try and entice prospective buyers.  Using creative language, like euphemisms and various synonyms, you will create a persuasive real estate ad to describe the aforementioned house.  Along the way there will be numerous links in the roles, process, and resource sections that will help you in writing this ad.  I suggest that you take the time to explore these links so that your ad sounds as convincing as possible.  After all, what is a salesperson without a good pitch?
