We take pride in providing a high-end experience through Chinese cuisine. The owner, Bence Hom, and our staff are ready to serve you in any way you need from the moment you walk in the door weather it is your first visit or you are a regular patron. When it comes to finding Chinese food, there are many options, but there is only one place where you will find not only the most authentic food but an authentic experience too.
About the owner!
Bence Hom, was originally born in Wuhan, China. He moved to Dallas, Texas with his parents and two older sisters when he was ten. Bence had a passion for cooking at an early age. Always helping his parents cook when he had the opportunity. Upon graduating high school Bence attended The Culinary Institute of America. After finishing his first year, he knew that becoming a chef was the right path but to him something was missing. He decided he wanted to go back to his original roots and love for cooking authentic Chinese food. He applied to The Culinary Institute in Shanghai, China and transferred there right before the next semester started. Bence worked hard and learned from some of the best Chinese chefs. After being in China for five years Bence graduated at the top of his class with his master’s degree. Although he loved China, he moved back to Dallas so he could be near his parents, sisters, and now his little niece and nephew. Upon returning, Bence took a job as head chef at popular Chinese restaurant. There he got to do what he loved but once again something just did not feel right to him. Eight years later, Bence decided he wanted to open his own restaurant. A new Chinese restaurant right here in Dallas but one that was truly authentic not just in food but in experience too. He wanted to bring China to Dallas, Texas. It took him two years to put his plan together and to find the perfect building right on the outskirts of downtown Dallas. Bence Hom is doing what he loves five days a week now, right there beside all his employees, taking care of every patron who walks through the door. Bence is finally living his dream.
