I want to start off by letting everyone know that I have learned the meaning of "Family". It has been 11 years since I started a 'family' of my own.. It is because of my children, that I have grasped the true meaning of family. I think back to when I was growing up and realized how much I took for granted. I have noticed that as children most of us take our families for granted. We do not learn or understand how to appreciate family until we are middle aged adults experiencing 'empty nest syndrome'. We tend to look back and have fond memories...but whatever happened to enjoying the memory while it was happening?? |
