These pages have background images based on Ukrainian folk embroidery patterns. On some older browsers this may display incorrectly and make it difficult to read the text on the pages. If you find this to be the case, simply access your browser's 'preferences' menu and turn off the automatic image display option. You will still be able to view any pictures which accompany the text by simply clicking on the image markers on the page. I hope this doesn't prove to be too much of an inconvenience.
