Summary Of Step By Step Process;

	Provide us with a list of your requirements (see Aquisition / Rental application form.)
	Advisement on suitable locations to condense your search.
	Relevant estate agents shall be contacted. Properties shall be sourced, suitable to your tailored requirements and forwarded to you. After consultation with you, previewing on properties will commence.
	You will then receive recommendations and information packs on each of the properties viewed. Information packs include; location maps, leisure facilities, schooling and transport facilties in area of each property.
	At this point, you may select which properties you wish to view.
	Arrangements and accompanyment to view the properties will be scheduled to fit in with your timetable.
	Should you wish to pursue a property, advisement on all queries ie market conditions is provided. A liaision with estate agents and all other professional bodies on your behalf is constructed. You will begin to receive weekly progress reports, or reports on a quicker needs basis until a successful property transaction is completed.

Project Management
Should you decide to refurbish the property, or simply make minor alterations, a project management operation can be advised upon to suit your specific requirements. This project management team will encompass professions from architects, engineers etc, through to construction workers. With our management, you will have to deal directly only with the Project Manager. The project manager will oversee all work on your behalf and provide you with regular progress reports and photographical evidence.

Interior Design Services
Should you decide that you wish to give your new home your individual personality. We provide a consultation service. For personal interior design projects. These associates project manage the transformation on your behalf. Once again they will provide progress reports and photographical evidence.
