This bespoke consultation service, is managed by Kerrie O' Sullivan. Having graduated from university with a degree in "Estate Management and Surveying" Bsc(Hons). She then proceeded to manage estate agency offices and also ran the land department, thirty two offices, of the Bradford & Bingley Coporate Group in the UK. Her job was to oversee all land activites for the company in the three counties surrounding London, UK.

Having gained necessary experience, Kerrie decided she wanted to branch out on her own. So for three years Kerrie bought properties in the home counties in the Uk, redeveloped them and then sold them.



Now, Kerrie is residing in Florence, Italy. Upon first moving to italy, it became apparent to her the vast difference in house purchasing in Italy, in comparsion to Ireland and Uk, where she had previously lived and worked. Indeed the fraustrations of trying to buy property in a new country became apparent. Having sometimes to deal with up to five different bodies, in a language which is not your mother tongue.

Therefore, she decided to set up this unique consultancy. The aim of which is advicement on finding and sucessfully purchasing/renting a property in Tuscany. Consulting you step by step through the residential property sector in Tuscany.
