Firstly, identifying locations. All estate agents will be contacted on your behalf and properties previewed, recommendations and information packs will be made available to you, even before you have to view a single property. Once you have identified a property you wish to proceed with. We will advise and liaise directly with the estate agents and solicitors on your behalf. Reporting back to you on a weekly basis. Thereby, making the transaction as time efficient and hassle free for you the client as possible.

After Sales Service
Alongside the "Acquisition services," we provide an after sales consultancy service. Should you wish to add your own personality to the property. We provide consultation from structural project management through to interior design.
