Mt. Ugu (NV), Mt. Isarog (Albay), Mt. Napulauan (Benguet), Mt. Guiting-guiting
(Romblon) and Mt. Apo (Davao).
Due to the ardous physical nature of this activity, a month-long planning
& preparations are done to ensure its success. Climbs are usually
held during the December-May period.

has many natural caves that are accessible and usually being promoted
for tourism. These include the caves in Biak na Bato, Rizal, Nueva Viscaya,
Sagada, Palawanand dozens others located all over the Philippines.
The group conducts spelunking at least once a year.
