Mrs Zaputuo Angami has also started a primary school with the help of her daughter, Mrs Neibanuo Angami and other family members, which is recognized by the Nagaland Board of School Education. The school has now been provided with three govt teachers. The strength of the children is as under:-

22 children are studying at various boarding schools in Kohima at Govt expense and 11 children are day scholars in different schools. Seven boys and four girls have given up studies and are now looking for jobs.
