		Orders, Rules, & Fines! Everything you need to know to stay out of trouble.. Well as like any other institution, whether it be online or in real life, we have rules and regulations we abide by. YOU are the sole responsible person that needs to know all their rules. I know my rules, so you better learn yours. Also before getting admitted into the KRA, you will be tested. The testing questions mostly comes from here. So study hard, and good luck. General Rules ~~~Rules and Fines~~~ Breaking any rule or combination of rules 3 times in a month will result in a meeting required with yourself and any officer present. The punishment will be determined by the officers and is expected to be followed. This can also result in exile, if the officers feel it is needed and appropriate. Anyone breaking any rule or combination of rules 5 times will face immediate exile. Privates and First Class soldiers will be held to slightly different Standards. 3 offences or more and you will be exiled. If it is your second offence of a crime you will be on gate duty. You will sit at a gate FULLY alert for 1 hour writing down a detailed report of who comes and goes during this time to present to the officer who punished you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE RULES OF THIS ARMY, UPON ENTERING. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~Only officers the rank of Field Major or above may enforce rules. If a soldier is caught breaking rules and there is no officer present, please take screenshots and report the incident to an officer or General. Proof will be your best evidence. ~~All fine's are to be paid within 1 week of receiving notice that the fine is due. 1. Respecting citizens and fellow soldiers As members of the Koguryo Royal Army, you represent the kingdom. Respect is to be given, be they a fellow soldier, officer, or civilian. Keeping that in mind, in order for one to receive respect, respect must be shown as well. Should you have a complaint about a soldier, you may notify any officer. Fights will not be tolerated and may result in the dismissal of both parties. All who have joined the army, signed up knowing they would be taking orders. You must follow orders as they are given to you. (Within reason of course. If you feel you are being ordered to do something that is unreasonable please contact the General.) Killing in the Army Arena IS legal and perfectly OK, as long as it is done by the guidelines in the Army Arena Rules. Insults, taunting, etc, will not be tolerate. Again, this goes with respect. Insulting someone's beliefs, subpaths or organisations they are in will not be tolerated. 1st Offence: 50 ambers 2nd Offence: Lose 10 points from Rank 2. Cursing* Cursing is not allowed anywhere at anytime. Anyone caught using profanity, (By-passing filters or using symbols to cover letters of a profanity) will be subject to paying a fine to the Army bank and reported to Justice. 1st Offense: 50 Ambers 2nd Offense: Lose 10 points from rank 3. Buying/Selling on Army Chat/Army Board Buying/Selling on Army Chat and Board is acceptable. What isn't acceptable, is spamming chat or board repeatedly with advertising. Begging for items or gold is prohibited. 1st Offense: 15,000 Gold Coins 2nd Offense: Lose 5 points from rank 4. Spamming Army Chat Spamming is defined as typing non sense (Ex: "awrnwohntontwntontr") or Repeating the same words and/or phrases often. 1st Offense: 15,000 Gold Coins 2nd Offense: Lose 5 points from rank 5. Decorations Decorations on the floor are acceptable within reason. Anything that is not pleasing to the eyes, (Ex: Yellow scrolls) should not be used as decoration. 1st Offense: 15,000 Gold Coins 2nd Offense: Lose 5 points from rank 6. Sharing Garden Soldiers may place the items they no longer need on the Sharing Garden. (Grassy area, with the well and tree located south of the General's Quarters.) DO NOT put your items here, if you wish to transfer or make room for some time. 7. Theft Stealing will not be tolerated. Soldiers caught stealing from other soldiers will face exile and will be reported to Justice. For soldiers who transfer items or leave items on the barrack floors to make space in their inventory for a time being, please be sure to record the coordinates in which you dropped your item(s). If your items are not present when you return to retrieve them, please contact the General with the coordinates and the General will contact KRU to do a trace. If items were stolen, the soldier/person who committed the theft will be exiled and handled by Justice. Offense: Exile 8. Killing other soldiers 1. Army Arena: Army Arena is set up in a specific way that there is a bottom and upper portion. The upper portion, (Stairs and above.) is the safe zone. If someone is standing in the safe zone, you may not attack OR kill them without their consent. Below the safe zone (Below stairs.) is a free for all area. 2. Vale/Sire's Pit: Killing fellow soldiers in vale/sire's pit without their consent, will not be tolerated. They are your kindred and should be treated with respect. Civilians, should not be attacked. This doesn't mean you can't spar, but repeated killing and abuse of person(s) when there is no agreement between the two to spar will not be tolerated. If you are attacked first you have the right to retaliate, as one has to protect themselves. DO NOT shut the doors on those who have fallen in battle. 1st Offense: No Army Arena use for 1 month plus 25,000 Gold Coins. 2nd Offense: No Army Arena use permanently plus lose 20 points in rank 9. Guests Visitors are allowed in the barracks. Before a soldier may summon a visitor, the soldier must put the visitor's name somewhere in his/her profile and the visitor should put the soldier's name who is hosting them, somewhere in their profile. Visitor are upheld to the same rules as soldiers are. If your guest breaks the rules, you will be fined and the visitor will no longer be welcomed to the barracks, so think before you host and summon. Soldiers must be with their guest at all times. If your guest abuses other soldiers or the rules, you will lose your privledge to have guests. The rank of Sergeant or above may have Guests. The rank of Sergeant and Lieutenants are entitled to host ONE guest. The rank of Captain, Major, Field Major, Ssaurabi and Retired Soldies are entitled to host TWO guests. Officers are entitled to host unlimited guests. 1st Offense: No Guests for 1 month plus 25,000 Gold Coins 2nd Offense: No Guests permanently plus lose 20 points from rank 10. Lying Lying will not be tolerated. Any soldier caught lying will be subject to punishment. (This also includes falsely accusing others of crimes.) 1st Offense: Lose 20 points from rank 2nd Offense: Exile 11. Group off Each time you enter the barracks, please be sure to turn your group off, to avoid people grouping and approaching you. We have had many problems with this in the past. Warnings will be given to soldiers who have their groups on. Soldiers who have been warned repeatedly will face punishment. Soldiers who have turned their groups on purposely, will face exile. 1st Offense: 5,000 Gold Coins 2nd Offense: Lose 10 points from rank 12. Conspiring Conspiring against the Kingdoms, King, General and Army will not be tolerated. Those caught conspiring will face exile and will be noted by the King and Tribunal of Koguryo. Offense: Exile 13. Army Helm and Spear The army helm and spear are a symbol of the Koguryo Royal Army and should be treated with respect. If you are caught abusing your helm or spear, the General will destroy it and you will have a meeting with the General and any officers present. A warning will be given the first time, but continuing to abuse these two items, will result in exile. If a soldier leaves the Koguryo Royal Army, the General has every right to destroy the helm and spear. 1st Offense: Warning and 25,000 Gold Fine 2nd Offense: Exile ~~~~~ SIDE NOTES ~~~~~ If you have multiple characters, we consider them each individuals. You can not take one character on an army event and gain points on another character. Punishments will not carry over to other characters. If you return to the KRA, you may not be entitled to return with your original rank. Soldiers who are away more then 30 days from the game, (Red Dot and X next to name.) will be removed from the army. Certain instances may allow you to return to your old rank, depending on the circumstances surrounding your absence and the time length that you were gone. All returning soldiers must formally request in writing to the General, stating their old rank, how long they were gone, and why they left, to be considered for a reinstatement of their rank. If you receive a branding while part of the army, you must contact the General by nmail explaining HOW you received the branding and what the branding is (Ex: I got Profanity branding for telling someone a curse word.) If you receive a branding of Theft, Attempted Murder, Murder or Other Serious Crimes, it is an automatic removal from the KRA. If you receive 2 brandings of any kind, there will be a review by council determining whether you are still an asset to the KRA. The final decision rests upon the General. If you receive a negative subpath branding you are to write to the General the reason you got the branding and who branded you (exception of the Barbarian branding). You may be exiled from the army, depending on the reason you were marked. If the mark was from roleplay, you will be exempted from being removed. ALL soldiers MUST live in Koguryo (Kugnae or Hausson) to be in the army. General) will be in charge of promoting a soldier to an officer position. +Only the King and General may call for war. +Only the King, General and Lt. General may speak on behalf of the army. +Only the King, General, Ssaurabi Elder may give orders to the Ssaurabi, during times of national security. If the General is not present, the Lt. General may give orders to the Ssaurabi. +Only the General, Lt. General and Lt. Colonels may accept, admit and reject applicants, unless otherwise stated. +Field Majors and Lt. Colonels will be the officers in charge of taking the items of a Private's PFC Quest, as well as administering a Private's PFC Test. +Only Field Majors and above may host Field Trainings or Drill Trainings. +The rank of Field Major, Lt. Colonel, Colonel, Ssaurabi Elder and Lt. General will accept and deposit donations. +The rank of Lt. Colonel or above are the only officers permitted to attending Koguyo's Royal Tribunal each Thursday. There is to be only two representatives. +Only officers (Field Majors+) are in charge of administering justice in the Koguryo Royal Army, unless: A. Any disputes are between a Field Major and ranks below, any council member (Lt. Colonel+) will only be allowed to handle the case. B. Any disputes involve a council member Lt. General, including Ssaurabi Elder or below, the General will only be allowed to handle the case. C. Any disputes involving the General, the King will only be allowed to handle the case. +Only the King and General may change or add new army rules, as they become necessary. For example, carnage schedule, clan and subpath events, poetry revel dates and self run events. Winners and results of events should always be posted on the Clans and Subpath board once the event has ended. REMOVE YOUR OLD POST WHEN REPOSTING. IF SOMEONE ELSE HAS POSTED AND YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THEIR POST, DO NOT REPOST. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ KRA BOARD 1. Any posts must not break any Kingdom rules and Army rules, ie. No posting URL's that break law 41, No posting profanity, Harassment, etc. 2. All Army Field Trainings/Marches/Patrols/Etc. Will be announced on this board. 3. This board is not here to insult other soldiers. 4. You may buy and sell on this board. Please don't abuse this. 5. If you repost something you already posted, delete your original post, so that it only appears on the board once. 6. This is a PRIVATE BOARD, anything posted here should not leave your lips. This goes for General's Order board as well. A certain amount of privacy should be expected for the people who use this board. 7. No insulting subpaths and organizations. There are many people here representing almost all subpaths and organizations in the nexus. No one wants to hear their path/organization bashed. 8. No personal bashings.. Unless its like Kaming or an NPC character that we are allowed to dislike. 9. No IRL threats of any sort will be tolerated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ COMMUNITY BOARDS Sometimes things get heated on Comm board. Insults sling back and forth. While everyone is entitled to freedom of speech, please keep in mind that as a soldier you are viewed as a representative of the entire army and you should be respectful at all times. When you do something good, the army looks good. When you do something bad, the Army looks bad. And when you speak, you speak on behalf of the army. Since the only people who truly speak on behalf of the Army is King MuHyul, General and Lt. General, please keep any Army ranks off community posts. Such as Hatiki- KRA General. Sign your name, but make the post as an individual with your own opinions, not as a soldier who may give the wrong impression they are speaking for the entire army. This means soldiers should share the loom tiles with other soldiers, as there is limited loom tiles, make sure to clean up any materials left on the ground and respect everyone who may be crafting. +Spouses and Blood brothers/sister are welcomed to use the Royal Crafting Hall. All rules apply to the spouse/blood brother/blood sister. Names of each other should be placed in profiles. Other guests are not permitted to use the Royal Crafting Hall. +Alternate characters are allowed to use the Royal Crafting Hall, however, you must put the name of the soldier in this army, into your profile, clearly stating you are that soldier. +DO NOT go afk on the loom tiles. There will be times when an officer may not be around to nuisance you off the tile. +If any of the above rules are broken, soldiers are subject to being fined under the General Army Rules and/or may be fined under one of the following offenses, depending on the situation. Offenses: -1 month ban from Royal Crafting Hall -3 month ban from Royal Crafting Hall -Full time ban from Royal Crafting Hall Author: General Hatiki, Hyul 9 Army Bank Rules Soldiers at the rank of Sergeant or above may purchase from the army bank. Soldiers who were active in the previous month may purchase items from the army bank. -To remain active, a soldier with normal rank must participate in at least 1 Drill/Field Training OR complete 2 Missions. -Field Majors and above, must peform their monthly duties in order to qualify. -Retired Soldiers should make themselves appear to be active whether it be by talking with other soldiers in barracks or army chat, or submitting their thoughts on current topics on the army board. -A list of soldiers who were active in the previous month will be posted on the council forums. 50k limit at rank of Sergeant. As on gains rank, the limit increases by 10k. -Lieutenant 60k -Captain 70k -Major 80k -Field Major 90k -Ssaurabi 100k -Council 100k -Retired Soldiers Limit of the rank they retired, minus 10k Discounts are available to those with ribbons. Each ribbon is worth 5% discount. If you wish to purchase items from the army bank, please whisper or send an nmail to the General, Lt. General, Ssaurabi Elder or any council with Item Banking Powers. -Nmail is the preferred choice of communication, since the above mentioned may not be able to handle your requests at certain moments. Author: General Hatiki and Council, Hyul 9 Field Training Rules 1. Only the ranks of Field Major or above may host events for points. The reason for this is because those are the people who have earned the rank to have privileges in the army. If I let all soldiers have special privileges then being a Field Major would not mean anything special. If you have an idea for an event for the Army, feel free to nmail it to the Lt. General. 2. Before a Field Training, be sure to listen to the leader's instructions, so that you know where you're going and what you're doing. 3. Each soldier is allowed to have ONE guest during the Field Training. -The guest must not be on the Do Not Admit list. -The leader must give approval for any guest. -The soldier is responsible for all actions of their guest. -It is a soldier's responsibility to give the rules of a field training to their guest. 4. During a Field Training, always be sure to pay attention to where everyone is and to the instructions given to you by the leader. 5. Always stay in the same room and in eyesight of the group, which should be where your designated leader is. 6. When going into another room, the leader should always be the first to enter, followed by the rest of the group. 7. Always listen to the leader. This saves for time and mistakes that could cause a party member's death. 8. If entering a room where there is another group present, the party should move to the next room. This also applies to rooms where the boss is. 9. The leader is the only person who is allowed to pick up drops, unless otherwise stated. 10. If you need to go afk, be sure to let the leader know, so that the leader doesn't wonder where you went. And when you go afk, be sure to gate to a safe area, so as to allow the field training to continue. 11. If you arrive late for a Field Training, be sure to contact the leader and ask if you may still join and where the party is located. 12. All members should respect each other and others during a field training. 13. All field trainings should be last at least 30 minutes and have 3 soldiers present, including the leader. To receive points, a soldier must have been present for at least half the field training. To receive extra earnings, a soldier must be present for the full field training. 14. Soldiers and guests must obey all Army Laws when on a Field Training. Failure to follow these rules can result to the following. -A warning from the leader -Dismissed from the field training and earning no points or extras. -Being fined. It is yours and guest's responsibility to know the rules of a Field Training. Author: General Hatiki, Hyul 9 Kingdom Patrol Outline R U L E S =+=+=+=+= - All soldiers must remain in full uniform during a patrol. - In times of peace, soldiers should be courteous and ask if anyone needs any help. Soldiers should do their best to assist citizens with any questions they have, but MAY NOT LEAVE THEIR POST. - Soldiers must WALK to their posts(I.E. No gateway or scrolls) - Soldiers may not fall asleep((AFK)) at their posts without notifying the patrol leader. - If a soldier needs to leave, they should notify the patrol leader. - Soldiers may not read boards, socialize or kill wildlife while on patrol. - Soldiers may not reply to insults or other negative comments when on patrol. - As a soldier of Koguryo, you will be respectable to all those you encounter on your patrol. C O M M A N D S & R E G U L A T I O N S =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= N O T E: ALL COMMANDS SHOULD BE SAID OVER GROUP CHAT ONLY - The Patrol leader will assemble the troops in the barracks, from there, s/he will assign each soldier their station (See Patrol Route). Once all soldiers have been assigned an initial position, the patrol leader will say "Move Out!". Soldiers will then WALK to their positions. - Whenever a soldier arrives at any new position, they must say in group chat, "(Station), in position". Once all soldiers are in position, the patrol leader should respond with "All units, in position." - During patrols, the patrol leader may call "(Station), report." When such order is given, the soldier(s) at that position should report in any activity they see. Soldiers must stay active and aware, until the next command is given. ((The goal is to roleplay. The better you roleplay, the higher chances of earning an extra reward.)) - "Prepare to Rotate": When this command is given, soldiers should get ready to move onto the next station. The patrol leader will then call "Move Out!" and soldiers will WALK to their next position. You are to follow all orders issued by your leader. 2. You may NOT talk when the leader is giving instructions. The only people allowed to talk during a march/escort/guard duty are the ones in the leadership. There are exceptions for talking, they are as follows: If one must go AFK, log off, or another reasonable issue. 3. When marching, you are MARCHING, the killing of side animals will not be tolerated. 4. Do NOT read the boards. 5. Removal of clothing is not acceptable, if you need to act out, or look like an idiot do it after we are done. 6. Do not pay attention to civilians making comments, ignore them. They will be taken care of if they decide to disturb us in any physical way. 7. Be sure you are always paying attention, so that you do not miss instructions. 8. If a member is reported missing ((D/C)), be sure to let the leader in charge, so he/she will be able to make the appropriate decisions to the guard duty formation or march/escort. 9. If you arrive late, contact the leader in charge for information about what should be done.
