Greetings Soldiers,

Today marks a day in history. A day where the army will become a greater force with greater knowledge about our enemies.

After an extensive meeting with the Premier of the Spy Guild, Phalance, I have concluded that the Spy Guild of Koguryo is no longer to be treated as a threat. I have been assured by Phalance that their training methods have changed, and several of their agents claim their undying loyalty to Koguryo.

On this day, our doors will be opened to all agents of the Koguryan Spy Guild. They are a valuable asset to the army, and will be used to the fullest extent.

All soldiers should understand that we are now allies and friends with the KSG. Any discrimination towards any agent of the Spy Guild will not be tolerated. This is a change for the betterment of the army, so we may protect our homes and Royalty with greater efficiency.
