It's funny. I'm not actually an evil person, at least I don't think I
am. I mean, just the other day I saved a kitten from a tree. Just the
other day I attended a ball where I generously suppled the drinks.
But life is funny. I saved the kitten, and brought the little cat to the
ground. I didn't -know- there was a hungry dog waiting at the base of
the tree. I generously supplied the drinks at a party. I didn't -know-
that some evil man had put poison in the drinks, and that it happened
to be very toxic poison...
Yes, life is funny. Just two yuri's ago I started The Syndicate as
a minor underground organization. Now, I have contacts spread
throughout the whole of the community. Does it seem odd to the
community that more and more men and women in important
political and social positions are being felled day after day? Yes,
The Syndicate's banks are filling. Each job brings our ultimate
goal closer and closer -- revenge. Princess Lasahn
has, for the last time, chosen to mingle in with the affairs of the
the underground orgainizations. One too many times she has foiled
my efforts, and one too many times she has deprived me of a
heavier purse... but that is coming to an end. The Black Council and I
have finally infiltrated the royal court. The hands of The Syndicate
now run the kingdoms. The hands of The Syndicate now hold
control of the royal courts. The only obstacle which stands in my way
is the Princess herself, and her comical sidekick leader, Prince Mhul.
Which is why I write this letter. The two most recent Assassination
attempts have failed. One due to a falty knife, the other due to our
late busines partner, a falty Assassin. I suggest a different approach.
If we cannot kill the woman, we must beat her in her own game. Now
that The Syndicate has spread it's wings, it is time for us to expand.
The Syndicate has it's influence thanks to the restless effort of
The Black Council. Or maybe thanks to the Interrogation room and
the many tools which are used there, but that's another matter. My
point is simple. The Syndicate is ready to expand. The plans are
made. Everything is set. A new age has begun -- an age of the
underground. The Syndicate holds all the strings. Now it's time
to start reeling in. Let the recruitment begin. The downfall of the
royal familes is upon us.
