The most unique Sector of The Syndicate. It is rumored that the Recruitment Sector is a small group of Syndicate members who recruit members into the clan. The process is much more painstaking than normal admissions within clans because the RS (Recruitment Sector) actually goes out into the community and finds men and women who hold similar values to that of The Syndicate. There are many Agents of the Recruitment Sector who are always keeping their eyes peeled for potential Syndicate members. You are always being watched.
If you are of a high enough quality to be recruited into The Syndicate an Agent will inform his superior in the clan, either the Head Agent or Assistant Agent of the Recruitment Sector, who is a possible Syndicate member and for what reasons.
If the Head Agent or Assistant Agent agrees with the Agent who found a potential Syndicate member a letter is sent out to the recruitie, requesting a roleplay history, a short questionare about The Syndicate, and maybe a little something extra -- depending on the circumstance.

Things to look for:
-Strong roleplay: The Syndicate is a roleplay clan. Because murder, stealing, and other actions that the clan is based on are not technically allowed within the kingdoms, roleplay is our most basic foundation.
-Loyalty: The Syndicate puts much emphasis on loyalty. The Syndicate recruites its members -- it LOOKS for people to roleplay an assassin or an anti-royal activist. The Syndicate -wants- people who roleplay "the bad guys." What The Syndicate does -not want- are people who actually are "the bad guys."
-Prior achievements/failures: Red marks on legends can be used for or against you. We don't care about trival crimes such as sage abuse, cursing, etc (depending on the circumstance). Were you a guide? A carnage host? A failed carnage host? A failed guide? How do you act on the community boards? Everything in your past will judge your future. For good or for bad.
