1) All sites must be reasonably family friendly. This means no pages with graphic content or pages on sites with graphic content. Nothing gratuitous, folks, and I am the final arbiter of gratuitous.2) Your site must be about or have more than incidental content about foreign film. This means information about directors, actors, movies, movements, etc. No pages just full of links, please. I am looking for pictures, reviews, e.g., actual content.
3) Nothing advocating hate or intolerance. Again, I am the final arbiter of this.
4) Your page must be tolerably well designed; no migraine-inducing backgrounds, or any such other misanthropic design feature. You don't have to be a web design whiz (God knows, I'm not), but your page needs to be relatively attractive and easy to look at. In the same vein, your page does not have to be in English, but if it is not in English (or another language which I understand), it must be obvious that your site is about foreign film.
5) The ring code must be on the same page as your foreign film content. No 'Ring pages' or any other such nonsense. If you have five pages in a site, and only one of them has foreign film content, put the code on that page. Use your good sense.
6) This ring is mainly for personal pages. If you want to include your commercial page, e-mail me and we may be able to work something out.
