Cake
2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 T Butter
1/2 C Buttermilk
1 C Coca-Cola
2 Eggs
1 t Baking soda
1 t Vanilla
1 1/2 C Miniature Marshmallows
3 T powdered baking Cocoa
Icing
1 C Butter
6 T Coca-Cola
3 T Powdered baking Cocoa
1 pk Powdered sugar (a full box)
1 C Chopped Nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour and sugar. Heat butter, cocoa and soda to boiling and pour over flour and sugar. In separate bowl mix buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla, and marshmallows. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Batter will be thin. Bake in 13 x 9" pan for 30-35 minutes. While the cake is baking, prepare the icing as follows: Heat butter, cocoa and soda to a boil. Pour over sugar and mix well. Add nuts. Ice cake while both cake and icing are hot.
