  • Responsible for profitability of the company farms.
  • Part of a team including manufactures, farmers, and applicators that developed the practical application of using highly concentrated chemicals safely. This system would put variable rates of product across the field and is an industry standard today.

Head of the Agronomy Department

1985--1991 Farmers 4 County Co-op Belle Plaine, IA
  • Increased the Department from three locations to eight locations. This increased annual sales from $300,00.to 5.7 million in three year.
  • Responsible for P&L, safety, emergency response coordinator, and implementing a team concept for employee incentives.
  • Designed software to implement these goals. This aided in the decision making process for assets, personel, and profit report per region.
