There are people who try to help people who are forced into slavery. Most of these are Non-Governmental Organizations (or NGOs), like the Hong Kong Christian Industrial Committee for Change, who works with companies like Nike. There is also the Press for change, created by Mr. Jeff Ballinger, who visit the sweatshop workers in Indonesia.
