The Path to
Knighthood

Knight, you are now Mediator Leaders of the Knights of
Anduin. It is your duty to represent the KoA, as such an
example of "High Leadership Authority". If a dispute
arises in the Guild Chat, it is your duty to "whisper" the
parties involved and handle this in a manner to resolve it
privately. If there is a matter that is irresolvable, then you
are to turn it over to a Staff Member. Your main duty, is to
take some of the load off of the Staff when possible. Duty -
post on the Forum as much as possible to show your leadership
involvement to all members.
First Knight <Officers:> As First Knight, you are now Leaders
of the Knights of Anduin. It is your duty to represent the
KoA, as such an example of leadership. Your main responsibility
is to be of service to the members below you, such as directing them
on the path to Knighthood. Answering all questions to the best
of your ability, if you are sure of the correct answer. If
not, then say "you are not sure of the answer" and direct
them to a better source. We honor you for your dedication to
the KoA. Duty - post on the Forum as much as possible to show
your leadership involvement to all members.
Honoured Knight: These are our Knights who have gone above
and beyond the call of duty. They are of officer material and in the
event we have a need of a new First Knight Officer, these are the ones that will be
considered for the position. We expect for you to show your
involvement in the Guild, by being there for our members to help in
whatever is needed. Duty - post on the Forum as much as
possible to show your leadership involvement to all members.
Also, anyone who has reached lvl 60,
will be honoured for their dedication and accomplishments.
Knight: The heart of our guild. These members have proved
themselves and are dedicated to our cause. The role models for our
younger guild members and an example of what it is to be a Knight of
Anduin.
Squire: These members have shown promise to the Knights of
Anduin and are learning the way to Knighthood.
Page: These members have shown that they are willing to
remain in the guild and learn the Path to Knighthood.
Aspirant: Our new members. This is time for you to take a
look around and see if the Knights of Anduin are what you are
looking for in a guild. If it is, the promotion to Page will follow
quickly.
Officers will have complete authority according to rank. For now,
only Officers will have the ability to recruit. Use this gift to
help our numbers grow strong! New members will be established as
Aspirant. Once our officers see that they are a valued member they
will be promoted quickly. Other promotions will also come to the
players that show promise to our cause!
WE ARE NOT A RACE/CLASS ORIENTED GUILD!!!!
