Code of Honor
(As written by Yeshua and expounded on by Jheriko)

These are the aspects of the Knight's of Anduin:

* Valour
* Virtue
* Duty
* Loyalty
* Trust
* Chivalry
* Renown

Look for these qualities in our recruits!

Chivalry, I think, explains it all. It is our code of conduct, based on Honour and Courtesy. It cannot be more plain than this. Think on what these two words mean. Apply them the best you can.

The mentality of Yeshua and I is much like the medieval political system known as feudalism (sarcasm). The difference is, we do not require anything from you. We do not hold a fief against you in return for your services, rather, we wish for all of us to unite for a common purpose. That purpose is: if it is in our power to make the gaming experience better for another player, then we will do so. Our ultimate goal is to become strong enough to defend our lands and the Kings of our cities from her enemies who wish to destroy us. Above all, our concern lies with the Child King of Stormwind. So, we make our alliance together, and asking nothing in return, we will provide a service to relieve the needs of the people. This especially includes members of our guild who require help from some of the higher level players, but try to be an example of a Knight to those outside the guild. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance of any kind. If it is within our power, and within reason, then it will be so.

Working together in this way, I believe we will become a force to be reckoned with among the horde who wish our King dead. In helping others, you see, you help the guild to grow stronger, which you are a part of. Helping fellow Knights only strengthens yourself. It is an unbeatable system if you look at the big picture.

With all that said, go out and have fun! Don't worry about some officer breathing down your neck because that's not going to happen. Remember the definitions of Honour and Chivalry. If you can't log-on on a regular basis, remember, this is just a GAME. Attend to your real life. If you have any suggestions on how we can make this guild a better place, speak up! Don't think that because this guild is set up as a monarchy that we won't listen to you...yes, even you young Aspirant.

If you feel that someone in the guild is harassing you...first, talk to them. Explain politely what you feel and try to resolve the problem among yourselves. **Do not make your complaints public** That only leads to embarrassing the guilty party. Send them a tell. If this does not solve your problem then explain it to one of the officers and ask them to be a mediator between the two or three of you. Let the offending person know this before-hand.

Now go. And remember what it means to be a Knight. Although you may not have that status yet in the guild, that is what you should be striving for. Also, find a mentor, and be a mentor! Store away these words:

Valour: Courage and Boldness in battle; Bravery

Virtue: Behavior showing high moral standards

Duty: Moral obligation

Loyalty: An attitude of devoted attachment and affection

Trust: To be committed into the care of another

Chivalry: Manifestation of the qualities idealized by
Knighthood!

Renown: The quality of being widely honored....
