Extracts from Lord Rock's speech to the Free Realms Assembly after the dismissal of Alicia from the Free Realms. The speech dealt with the continuation of the Free Realms.
Address Concerning the Dragonflight Attacks.. Lord Rock's address to the Free Realms Assembly in the wake of the Dedite Dragonflight attacks of Elevenmonth 1101 YAC.

*** - Regarding Zhakara and the Dedites - Tenmonth 1101YAC.
“The Free Realm Zhakara is now waging a war against the Dedites, a realm dedicated to slavery, a realm of evil. There are few amongst us who can compare in might to the power of the West, but that does not mean our duty to a fellow Free Realm can be ignored. Zhakara may not need our aid, but that does not mean we should refrain from offering it. However we can, in our own small ways, we must help Zhakara to fight this war. The Free Realms must be more than a thing of words. It must be a site for action. I urge you to speak with what Zhakaran representatives are in your realm about how you can help them fight this war.”
*** - The Need for a High Council of Chivalry - Tenmonth 1101YAC.
“The Free Realms needs to support the founding of a High Council of Chivalry. We need to do this so that in war our forces may be marshalled with all correct strategy, that we may tap the skilled minds of the greatest warriors of the lands. To rob ourselves of this advantage is to waste our resources and hand victory to the enemy for we must not think that they have failed to listen to the advice of their own dark lords of war. The Free Realms needs to support such a Council because in a High Council of Chivalry we may find warriors not only unequalled in valour but unmatched in character and virtue. The Free Realms needs to hear the wisdom of such peers and champions if we are to come together successfully and build upon the peace so recently won by the blood and tears of our peoples.”
For the record - The High Council of Chivalry was formed on 13th of Tenmonth 1101 YAC by knights and chivalric warriors from across the world of Mystery. The High Council of Chivalry is based in a Floating Castle in the territory of Rockport some 3 miles to the north of La Rochesse.
