QSLs will be sent 100% to all who send me a QSL!! PLEASE NOTE if you are QSLing a contact when I am on a DXpedition I will go direct only if you send me an IRC, postage or green stamps! And please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you send a QSL via the BURO, I will send one back via the BURO. Be assured, if you are in my log book you will get a card back. I also have registered with e-qsl and will check that service when I return and answer any e-qsls.
On an average week in VP5-land I make over 4,000 QSOs so you can understand why we ask for SASEs or green stamps to defray the cost of the mailings and cards.
