Background
K.M.A. Diversity Consultants Inc.
In terms of workplace diversity, the United States has improved dramatically since the time when women stayed at home to clean and cook while men earned the entire household income.  The workplace has changed in several aspects from people working with disabilities to women gaining authority in corporate America.  We have made great strides to make the workplace more diverse, but we still have a long way to go.  The following data are mere facts; it is up to us, America's business leaders to close the gender income gap, break the glass ceiling, and grant opportunities to those who deserve them .
