Of the highest paid corporate officers, men make up 95% (2,141), compared to women who make up 5.2% (2,141) of corporate officers in Fortune 500 companies. However, the percentage of women with clout titles (i.e. chairperson, V.P, CEO) has risen from 7.3% in 2000 to 9.9% in 2002.
