Greetings everyone! I pray the new month finds
you healthy and happy. For those of you who missed last month we
had a blast kicking off the new year and Marilyn treated folks to
a Barackfest at Fat Nats!!! Thank you Marilyn!!! Please note, we
also have upcoming breakfasts and our Winter event at the Sunshine
Factory this Thursday Feb. 5th (5:30pm)! We hope to see you
there!!!! Stay tuned for additional exciting opportunities for social
events.

7th Annual Battle of the Sexes
Contest!!!!! Yes, it is that time of year again and we plan
to once again run the Battle of the Sexes Contest, this year at the
Fridley Club Again-- It will run for 8 weeks
from January 28th until Wed. March 18th. This year the men will have a
handicap of 4 per session. ... Women you will still have to work hard,
although their handicap isn't quite as high this year, they have won
the past 2 years! At the end of the
series, the losing team will make breakfast for the winners at a
location
still to be identified Thank you!

@ Fridley)--- We will tabulate total attendance for men and women
at that time. ... Men will have a handicap of 4 per time!! ...
After one week men already ahead by 3!!.. Women, you need to bring
those friends!

Recipe for Valentine's Party... Val's Buffalo Chicken
Dip!!
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) chunck white chicken, drained
1/2 C buffalo sauce
1/2 C ranch dressing
2 C (8 oz) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese
Tortilla chips
Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1 qt baking dish. Layer
with
chicken, buffalo sauce and ranching dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is
melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips. Yields about 2 cups.
