Greetings Everyone!  I hope 2009 finds you healthy and happy.  We again begin a new year embracing that which was beautiful in 2008 and too creating a fresh outlook for the coming year.  For those of you who missed the events of December, we had our 25th Annual Aerobic Christmas party!!!... We too again volunteered for food shelf collection for the Holidazzle and had our Annual Christmas breakfast, this year at Perkins.  Stay tuned for upcoming fun events!!!

Battle of the Sexes!!!
                           

Yes, it is that time of year again!  Our Annual Battle of the Sexes will run 8 weeks at Moore Lake from Wed. January 28th until St. Patty's day on Wed. Mar. 17th!
Given last year's outcome and statistical analysis of attendance, the men will be spotted 4 per time this year :)!!...   At the end, the losers will make a delightful breakfast for the winners.  We hope you can join us!

Wed. February 4th-  Breakfast to celebrate start of Battle of the Sexes-  Perkins in Fridley 7:25am

Although the year brought an economic downturn and we are on the move towards a new Administration, our Aerobics family endures and has shown such support through so much.  We've had triumphs, and losses, ups, and downs,  through it all I am forever grateful for your presence as you make class always up!!! :)...  Blessings and a look back at the year:
