Over the years, I have utilized my degree skills and built upon my writing abilities and artistic talents; allowing me to develop my career as a Marketing Communications Specialist, concentrating on Corporate and B2B Communications. Until recently, I have been employed on a part-time basis as a Marketing Communications Manager, after taking time out from my career to assist in caring for my late grandfather. However, I am now seeking full time hours of employment, which my former company could not provide for me.
With a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Rhode Island College, as well as several years of professional employment in Marketing and Corporate Relations, I know my varied experiences would allow me to bring to the job the perspective and proficiency your company needs to remain competitive. Along with my learned abilities, I bring to the table important traits such as flexibility; attention to detail; enthusiasm for my work; creativity; and organizational skills. I also seek to further my education by starting work on a Masters degree, once I secure proper employment.
Additionally, I possess excellent customer and interpersonal relations skills; the expertise to work individually, or as part of a team; and award-winning talents in both writing and public speaking. Moreover, volunteer work in both political and private sectors has afforded me the opportunity to utilize these skills in a broad range of settings, with differing personality types.
