This is a modern, well-equipped family house which is all on one level. It is large with three light and sunny bedrooms, one double-bedded with en-suite jet shower and basin, one with two single beds (+ room for childs bed or cot) and the third with two single beds. There is a large fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The lounge / dining room has a balcony with outstanding views of the mountains, patio doors opening onto the garden; log fire, satellite TV; hi-fi and double sofa bed (offering extra sleeping accommodation if needed). Bathroom with shower, basin and WC and a separate WC (electric heating throughout included in the rental). The garden has a beautiful summer kitchen and dining room with built in BBQ, terrace with garden furniture. There is also a laundry room. The Swimming Pool pool measures 9.5 x 5 m and has a depth of between 1 and 1.6 m. The pool area is enclosed with a lockable gate. The surrounding area is terraced and there are loungers and table and chairs. The pool also has solar heating which extends the season for its use.
