| This webpage has been created to help the members and friends of the KingTiger guild have a better experience at the MOMG Phenomenon World of WarCraft. We will keep updating the pages on a regular basis. So please revisit from time to tiime for the latest information. We also have a discussion group / blog, as listed below. Presently we have the following ranks: Guild Master (GM) Commander (COM) Commissioner(CSR) Elite (ELT) Veteran (VET) Commended (CMMD) Member (MEM) Initiate.(INI) and New Initiate (NIN) "Nice Work" is the lowest rank, and is unable to talk or listen to the guild channel. All new members need to be promoted from "Nice Work" to "New Initiate". The rank of "Nice Work" was created to create a control factor in the guild channel. To be used to demote an out of line member while officers deliberate further actions. Commended and above ranked guild members can invite people. So if you have a friend or a person you have played with and feel can be a good addition to the guild, please feel free to ask the afore mentioned officers to invite these people. Guild rules of conduct: The Guild was created to foster co-operation and create a safe and friendly environment for people seeking to get a richer game experience. We have members from all age groups, right from 10 years of age to 55. We have all received help from other guild members, and indeed the guild has assisted nearly all of us to level faster and advance in professions. You get free stuff, advise on quests, people come to help you when you need it. It has been a great experience. And we want it to stay that way. Politeness doesn't cost anything, please be kind and considerate to your guild members. You will find them to be the same towards you. You can rise to positions of higher responsibility in the guiild, which will allow you to have greater control over guild activities. Promotions are based solely upon how you help others and your conduct within the guild. The more people see you as a helpful person, the more they go out of their way to assist you when you need it. And as mentioned, it is the fastest way to promotions. Explicit language is not allowed in the guild channel, and you cannot be rude towards other guild members. Those are the fastest ways to be removed from the guild. Also, please honor your commitments in matters of trade with guild members. The gold and silver and copper are cartoon money, and the rest of the stuff is also a part of a game. Let that not affect human relations. We have formed some good friends here at the guild.... and we encourage you to participate and find out what a great place it is. |
