Now if you hold IBGY or atleast Snowfall GY, the option is clear, just fight at SHGY, die and rezz at  Snowfall GY. If by chance, and good fortune, some guys have captured FWGY, and most people are at SPGY, then again..fight and die.... you will be at SPGY waiting for a rezz. Instead....walk as a ghost to FWGY... and get the rezz at FWGY and push forward to FW Keep.

4) if you hold IBGY and have lost FWGY and horde are trying to summon lokholar.
Summoning the super boss is a tricky question. Unless your enemy is tied up at the base, (Dun baldar or FW Keep), and the turtle is massive, dont even bother to summon Vanus. Why? Because it takes 10 people to summon, and 10 more to defend the summoners at the field of strife. And it takes 15 minutes to complete the summoning ritual. And it takes one enemy player to AOE the summoners and break the ritual and force them to restart the summoning ritual.
So if horde is trying to summon Lokholar, make sure alliance holds snowfall GY ... and have 7 alliance players harrass the horde summoners, while the rest of us push forward with the assault and recapture FWGY.

5) Everything has gone well, alliance holds FWGY and SPGY. But the push to FWRH is halted by a massive horde turtle at the gates to the FW keep.

Well time to summon Vanus. Make sure you dont decrease the pressure at FW Keep, it takes but a few storm crystals to summon Vanus. Assign a couple of guys (3 at the most) to loot dead horde, gather the storm crystals, and then hand them to the druids of the grove at Dun Baldar and have them escort the druids to the field of Strife. Summon Vanus, Vanus takes about 10 minutes to get to FWKeep. So keep up te assault and victory is yours.
